With Juntos you stop stressing about "who owes who"

1

Most people don’t carry as much cash as they used to, so a bill-splitting app is often the convenient and easy way to divide the costs of a bill.

2

You might use a bill-splitting app when you dine out with friends, purchase a gift that multiple people contribute to, or plan a group trip.

3

You don’t need to worry about underpaying or overpaying when you go out with a group of friends because the bill-splitting app helps you fairly divide the costs.

Working process.

  • The request that the client came with

To design several flow of sketches for the mobile application, (which were made by the UX team and given to us) so that the client could present the product to stakeholders.

  • The method of performing a unique task

1. Decide on a style. For this, I created a moodboard with 4 design style options: Gradients, Clean minimalism, Acid colors, and Dark.

2. Implement the chosen style. For this, a sketch was chosen, which, in my subjective opinion was the most difficult, thus the most interesting for realizing the style. After that, I presented several directions of design of this screen to clients.

3. Implement the rest of the sketches. After the style direction chosen by the clients, I started to implement the rest of the sketches.

Working process.

  • The request that the client came with

1. Analyze a specially written service for marketplaces. Need a unique design for the main page, search page, etc. At the same time, use all the "system pages" from sharetribe, so as not to waste time on drawing them from scratch.

2. Clients provided us with branding elements, indicated the sites, the style of which they would like to adhere to.

  • The method of performing a unique task

1. Market analysis. My task was to research the marketplaces and understand what information would be important in order to interest a potential client, because no information was given to us, also this was done in order to test the layouts and identify the most practical.

2. Searching for references. Сreate something creative, something that will be different from the competition.

3. Based on the analysis of suitable information, and the convenience of the interface, I developed warframes, after approving them with the client, I proceeded to the visual part of the design.

Request to book on helicopter flight

1

From the analysis of competitors, it was found in this flow that there is no visualization of the weight limit, only dry numbers were indicated, and this did not give the client an understanding of the full importance of each kilogram.

Become a Service Provider

1

Based on the analysis of competitors and the platform proposed by the client, we had a UX solution. Our work was to create a convenient layout and display information so that the user could interact comfortably and pleasantly. To stick to the composition, we used this convenient layout for the helicopter booking flow.

2

We have made the flow of becoming a service provider, so that the provider describes the services in as much detail as possible, so when the client views the service, he can easily familiarize himself with everything.

Service

1

Becoming a provider, opens you up many tools, thanks to which, you can easily manage your exciting business, all in one application.

1

All knowledge about your data in one place, one ticket system to manage your data across the organization

1

A company builds a website/app and wishes to set behavioral analytics, this means they will need to put events on each page to tell them what users are doing and how they interact. In most cases, the data producer (Product team working on the site) will set some event name and fire it to the backend, however, here we have several problems, how to map what this event means, how do you notify people about it, and how do you ensure it is in the privacy compliance regulations?

2

The tool helps the data producer to communicate it to his data consumers and legal, it allows legal to notify the data producer in case of an issue, and the data consumer to learn if the data is relevant for his analysis as well as inform the data producer he finds it suitable for his job.

Working process.

  • The request that the client came with

1. Working with a large amount of data related to a specific product, our client and stakeholders needed to organize this data conveniently. Therefore, they came to the decision that they needed a product that would streamline processes.

2. A team of specialists was involved, displayed the functionality of datapedias on sketches, described in documents how it works, and provided us with all this information so that we could understand the essence of the product and implement the UI design

  • The method of performing a unique task

1. User flows. In order to understand how the product works and how different users (admins, data consumers, legal advisors, data producers) interact with it, we displayed user flows.

2. Wireframes. After understanding how the product works, we started drawing wireframes. A process in which there was close interaction with the client, because it was necessary to organize information that has different weight of importance and the client knew the product better, so at this stage it was very important to organize all the information correctly.

3. Visual design. Having approved the wireframes, we offered the client several design style directions. Since this product contains a lot of typography, the style has been chosen to be clean and crisp, so that groups of information stand out and can be easily separated visually. After that, several color palettes and combinations with fonts were offered.

Data Democratization

1

We make sure everything is clear to your Data consumers. We are building a strong line of communication directly with Data consumers. They use data and we know their needs.

2

With Datapedias, as a  Data Producer, we understand the value of our data and build a democratic voting system. This allows us to get feedback from our Data consumers, learn about their preferences and understand what we need to pay special attention to.

Identify all your data

1

Whenever a new feature is released, notify Legal Advisor about the intentions, so they can legally document and cover it. Privacy by design is paramount and we ensure you can apply this principle to your business as well.

2

Inform users on each new event: in development, live, and even on the way to sunset. They will always stay up to date with your changes, and never again hunt for stakeholders. Allow your Data Consumer to democratize the data.

Data
taxonomy.

1

Mission: Helping you educate yourself about the data you use, enabling everyone in your organization to find the data they need, when they need it.

1

Break the data silos down. Create a simple taxonomy for your tracked events.

2

Ensure everybody is aligned on the main concepts (what “KPI revenue” actually mean), and have sufficient knowledge before using any data source.

3

With Datapedias, as a Data Consumer, you have the ability to learn everything you need to know about the data you are about to use.

Audiotease rescues those, who have no clue how to get people to know your podcast exists

1

You likely got into podcasting intending to spark a conversation around a topic you’re passionate about, cultivating a community of listeners from around the world who share your interests and value your point of view on a topic.

2

What are you most frustrated by about the podcasting industry? Only one saying comes to mind: “I’ve tried everything to boost my numbers…it’s so hard to promote yourself above the sea of podcasts, especially if you’re not a new buzzy show.”

3

The solution you need is Audiotease. This Web Application helps audio creators to turn highlights from their podcasts into beautiful videos. And we, fortunately, helped them realize this idea in life.

Working process.

  • The request that the client came with

1. Improve the existing product by redesigning it, adding new functionality, rethinking the structure. Also design the landing page of the product based on the redesign.

2. The client decided to start with a clean slate, so he rebranded and provided us with a logo and color palette. A list of features to be implemented was also provided.

  • The method of performing a unique task

1. Analysis of competitors' products. It was important to understand how competitors' platforms work, how the user goes from entering the product to publishing a clip on social networks. Thanks to this analysis, we understand what information is not enough in the existing product, how the product can be structured to facilitate user interaction with the podcast platform.

2. User flow. We worked intensively with the Audiotease team to improve the user experience and revised the structure and navigation of all product features.

3. Design. Having approved the structure, we moved on to the creation of high-quality wireframes. Through a detailed analysis of the competitors, we had a visualization solution, so it was decided to display several directions of the main screens, after which the team and I discussed and selected the strongest from the point of view of user experience.

Brand kit feature

1

As an audiogram tool for podcasters, it has everything to customize your audio products. For that reason, we added a brand kit page, where users can add brand presets (from logo, font style, and colors to background file, cover image, and even waveform!) — to make their clips shine and gloss.

2

Brand kits are ideal if you collaborate with a large team or as a foundation for your custom video templates.

Advanced editor

1

We designed an Advanced editor adapted specifically to the needs of podcasters. It is a Tetrislike constructor that is fully editable to make a clip your own. Our purpose was to create a simple & intuitive interface. Users can operate the simple yet powerful advanced editor to create videos from scratch. Add as many components as needed: text, media files, and shapes.

2

Every text object, shape, or image you add to the canvas has its own layer. This allows you to adjust each layer individually as you create cohesive and complex designs (yet — easily!) We also added an alignment tool that helps you arrange the canvas's layers concerning one another.

Dark and
light modes.

1

It is a known fact: giving your users a way to modify the interface to their preference is a huge win for user experience. So we implemented a switch-to-dark-mode feature for three reasons:

1

It saves more energy.

2

There may be long-term effects associated with a light mode.

3

Some people with visual impairment work better in dark mode.

New website

1

To bootstrap marketing efforts, we additionally designed a website for Audiotease, working in close collaboration with their team. We aimed to show the product benefits and engage users by sharing product screenshots on the website.

2

We built the site's structure by a generous use of negative space that offers breathability. Furthermore, the layout of the pages is meant to promote readability for the content. We had in mind making the reading experience punctuated by reassuring headers and, on the whole, has an energized feel thanks to a destructured layout.

2

The new website also has light & dark options — the user has the possibility of switching between them by clicking the toggle button.

An AI powered talent platform matching talent with companies, and paying them signing bonuses

1

For companies. There is globally a massive shortage of IT talent. Companies struggle to find tech talent locally, the popularity of remote hiring is increasing fast.

2

For IT talent. Due to the shortage, a developer can receive hundreds of messages weekly when looking for new opportunities. No one can properly go through all the options without a proper tool or system.  And likely most of these opportunities would be not matching to what the developer wants to do.

2

By splitting the commission with the talent, we motivate the talent to give us more in-depth information about their skills, experience and wishes so, we’re able to present beautiful, detailed profiles with great UX and enriched with social profiles, we can offer companies.

2

Better match-making with a search tool and we can demand in-depth details about the jobs, great messaging, and user experience, from the noise, talents will receive only a handful of opportunities, that really match their interests. Talents remain anonymous until they choose to give their contact details for the companies.

Working process.

  • The request that the client came with

1. It is necessary to implement a platform for job search/recruitment of workers, based on the analysis of existing products. Also create an identity from which you can build a story.

2. The task is to convey the idea that we pay 50% of the monthly salary as a bonus if a candidate finds a job through our platform and to provide value through the closest possible selection of candidates or companies that will match your profile/vacancy.

  • The method of performing a unique task

1. Analysis of existing products. Using competitors' pratforms and analyzed user flows, we noted the moments from each flow, which in our professional opinion are the most convenient, accordingly they were subject to a more detailed analysis, actually to build the structure of our product.

2. Creating a visual part. It was necessary to design a job search screen, with their offer. This screen is the most demanding from the point of view of user experience, because it is the most informative and active in the use of our users, so it has been worked out in detail. Part of the task was accomplished precisely through the implementation of this screen.

3. The final stage of the task. As a result of the implemented job search screen, we created a style and based on this, as well as competitor analysis, we built a great user experience, visual design, and a brand that is not only technical / IT, but also creates a great story.

in-depth profiles
and better matchmaking

1

After filling out your profile in detail, whether it's a company or a talent, the most suitable offers are selected for them, and they can view the percentage of matching the needs for the position with your profile. This was done to be able to prioritize vacancies and respond first to the most relevant ones.

splitting the commission

1

How Talentive make money with telents: For example, Senior Frontend Developer monthly salary $4000
50% commission on hiring = $2000
50% for the talent = $1000
50% for us = $1000

2

For the companies Talentive provide a full money back guarantee for 30/45 days. If the hired talent leaves for some reason within this time, you will be refunded, or you can use the credit for your next hire.

Confidence in talents.

1

      Answers to possible questions:

1

For talents, searching full-time permanent positions have a cap of a maximum of two bonuses paid per year. Naturally, talents want to stay with the companies hiring them, but anything can happen, and talent needs to switch jobs. However, doing so multiple times in a short timeframe is not acceptable.

2

Talent doesn't increase their salary to get a bigger signing bonus. Talentive provide salary statistics based on location and experience and compare it to other salaries on the platform. As such, Talentive recognize salaries outside the range and believe that such talent will not be hired. Naturally, you have a chance to negotiate with the talent on the salary level and make the final hiring decision.

3

Product don't test talent. Hiring IT professionals, vetting developers is still very subjective. Talentive’s aim to provide detailed talent profiles on our platform and to avoid any bias, they do not screen talent skills and give clients the ultimate decision as to which talent best suits their needs.

A cryptocurrency airdrop is a marketing strategy that involves sending coins or tokens to wallet addresses.

1

A crypto airdrop is a promotional activity typically performed by blockchain-based startups to help bootstrap a virtual currency project. Its aim is to spread awareness about the cryptocurrency project and to get more people trading in it when it lists on an exchange as an initial coin offering.

2

Airdrops are generally promoted on the company's website, social media, and cryptocurrency forums. Coins or tokens are sent only to specific wallets based on the blockchain network or coins held in existing wallets.

3

To qualify for the free gift, a recipient may need to hold a minimum quantity of the crypto coins in their wallet. Alternatively, they may need to perform a certain task, such as posting about the currency on a social media forum, connecting with a particular member of the blockchain project, or writing a blog post.

Visualize statistics, functionality of airdrops. Provided a sketch with the idea of visualization the main screen. Creative freedom for designer. A document with detailed functionality will also be provided.

  • The method of performing a unique task

1. Sketch analysis. After understanding the product, we came to the point that there is too much information on this screen, it was necessary to structure and divide all the information into screens. I displayed several directions of information structuring through wireframes.

2. Visualization. After the chosen direction of the structure, I needed to find references to implement the visual part of the design. Having found suitable visuals and using my imagination, I "made pictures" in my head and made iterations of the design.

3.  After several iterations, I had the understanding and idea that airdrops are things that fall from above, based on this, it was conceived to make a design in a futuristic style, which can be perceived as space and sky. Space is a dark mode, the sky is light.

Centered empathetic communication for sustainable human-robot interaction

1

Meow robots act as primary communication devices while Bot is considered an auxiliary device that can only receive the audio/video data stream and thus is able to read the situation and can provide supplementary comments or actions to the conversation to either side of the call.

2

Bot is an experimental tabletop robot for investigating new forms of expressiveness-centered empathetic communication for supporting long-term and sustainable human-robot interaction.

2

Meow is a lantern-type robot that can be used for telepresence at remote locations, connecting individuals through an immersive telepresence. The Meow robots are able to transmit video and audio, and have a large display screen that wraps around the device.

Working process.

  • The request that the client came with

A brief was provided. It was explained how the product should work, what screens should be, what information is contained in these screens, what functionality. Our task as designers was to structure this functionality, and to make a comfortable user experience.

  • The method of performing a unique task

1. Analysis. After getting acquainted with the brief and the provided functionality, we started to work out the structure of the product, both for device owners and for administrators. We had several iterations, after which we arrived at the most convenient in our professional opinion.

2. UI design. The next important step was to display the information hierarchically, and to give the design lightness, so that users would be happy to interact with the interface.

Easy work
with devices

1

We have built a system that allows users to: register their accounts that require authentication, register and link Meow and Bot devices to their accounts, manage their accounts, manage their devices, implement a multiparty connection topology to enable video/audio calls using two Meow devices as primary communication devices, and using two Bot devices as auxiliary devices to provide some supplementary comments or actions to the conversation to either side of the call.
